Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback efficiently.
Share information with the field sales team for further action if required.
Assist in marketing campaigns or surveys via tele calling.
