📞 Telecaller (Female) – Full-Time

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain visa and immigration services.

• Handle inbound queries with professionalism and accurate information.

• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads.

• Schedule appointments and assist with basic documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.

• Ensure excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass or above

• Experience:

  • Telecalling/BPO/Sales: 6 months – 1 year (preferred)

  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

• Language: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and Basic and mid-level English

• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office

• Polite, patient, and persuasive communication style

• Female candidates only

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience and performance)
