Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation. Clearly explain financial products and services with confidence. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns effectively. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Education & Experience Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Age limit: 18–26 years. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Required Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge. Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
