We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our financial services team. The candidate will make outbound calls to promote personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities while explaining product features, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential and existing customers.
- Clearly explain loan and overdraft products.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Collect and verify customer data and documents.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into applications.
- Maintain records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
