EURO GULF ENTERPRISES is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with candidates and corporate partners in the overseas recruitment sector.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, inquiries, references, and online platforms
Explain company services related to overseas jobs, manpower recruitment, and immigration processes
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful applications
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, process updates, and client support
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in a professional and ethical manner
Maintain proper records of client interactions and business progress
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English; Hinglish acceptable)
Experience in sales, telecalling, recruitment, or immigration consultancy preferred
Freshers with confidence and learning attitude may also apply
Ability to handle client queries professionally and patiently
