We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services to customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service.
Follow communication scripts and processes where required.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
