We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting in lead generation, conversion, and customer service.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support campaign goals.
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in [Language(s)].
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone.
