Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads & explain our business model.
Handle incoming calls/messages and resolve client queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper call & client records.
Build good client relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Meet weekly & monthly calling and conversion targets.
Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.
Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
