Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele Caller who will be the first point of contact with automobile dealership prospects. The role involves introducing Stocktally’s services, providing basic information about our offerings, understanding the prospect’s requirements, and qualifying leads for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to automobile dealership prospects from the provided database. • Introduce Stocktally’s services in a professional and persuasive manner. • Share key benefits of inventory audits and how Stocktally can help dealerships reduce losses and improve stock control. • Identify decision-makers and understand basic customer requirements. • Qualify and mature leads before passing them on to the Sales Team. • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in CRM. • Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets. • Provide feedback from prospects to
improve communication and sales strategies.
Requirements •
Graduate / HSC with relevant tele calling or inside sales experience (preferred in B2B or automotive sector). • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage). • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. • Ability to quickly understand and explain Stocktally’s services. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage). •
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
