Key Responsibilities: Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

• Explain real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and locations clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up on leads and maintain client records.

• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client responses.
