This job involves: Job Duties and responsibilities: Researching and Collecting real estate builders and developers data from various online portals as per our target market Making a list of real estate builders and developers city wise Cold calling and trying to get the key person contact Taking appointment for the presentation of software Follow-up for closure of deal Good experience in Market and Competitor Research. Key skills: Strong communication skills and soft spoken. Should be ready to make 50 to 60 mature calls per day. Creative and problem solving ability. Negotiation Skills.
