The Pre-Sales Executive plays a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful property sales. The role focuses on building relationships, qualifying prospects, and providing property-related information to ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries from various marketing channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, portals, etc.).
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and schedule site visits.
Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable property options.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, follow-up status, and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead handover and campaign updates.
Provide clients with detailed information about projects — location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and possession details.
Ensure lead nurturing through regular follow-ups and relationship-building.
Assist in preparing project presentations, brochures, and proposals when needed.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion ratios and share performance reports.
Support the team during client site visits, property expos, and promotional events.
