Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident female Telecaller for sales who can engage with students and parents over the phone, explain our memory coaching programs, and convert leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate must have good English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students and parents from provided databases.

• Clearly and confidently explain WhiteForest Academy’s memory coaching programs.

• Address queries related to programs, fees, and schedules.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding of new students.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Good English communication skills (Hindi fluency is a plus).

• Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience preferred.

• Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / data entry would be an advantage.

• Should be comfortable working at the Green Park, New Delhi location.
