We are looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and eager to grow in the sales domain. The position involves acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, messages, and follow-ups.

• Present and pitch products/services effectively to potential customers.

• Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and preferences.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth sales transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and support.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi/English.

• Customer-centric approach with a goal-driven mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling is a plus.
