Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling / Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, pitching company services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for field sales team

Understand customer needs and provide suitable information

Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets with accurate data

Follow-up on leads through calls, emails, and messages

Share company presentations/product details with prospects

Maintain professional communication and represent the brand effectively

Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation & conversion targets

Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for smooth lead handover

Provide feedback on customer queries and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling / inside sales / pre-sales experience (preferred)

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Good understanding of customer handling and objection management

Ability to build rapport over phone and maintain professionalism

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented & proactive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
