Role Summary
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to
potential customers, promoting insurance products, and generating leads for the
sales team.
2. Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products
and services.
• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Attending client calls, addressing inquiries, explain insurance products and
coverage options to customers, answering their questions and addressing their
concerns.
• Collect and record accurate information from customers, including contact
details and insurance requirements.
• Preparing and sending quotes with different selling plans tailored to client needs
• Handling policy issuance, amendments, cancellations, and other online
operational tasks via the portal.
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of
telemarketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Maintaining and updating various reports in MS Office (Excel), including Sales
MIS and other related data
• Continuously enhancing product knowledge to provide accurate and timely
information to clients.
