Sales Engineer will support the organization in driving revenue growth and
expanding the company's market presence. This position involves identifying new
business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and
developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record in B2B product sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Regular customer visits to generate inquiry funnel.
Sending proposals to customers and tracking PO.
Continuous striving to achieve sales target.
Negotiation and order conversion.
Exploring new opportunities in the market viz. customers, projects, etc.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product sales or business development.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
