Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader Sale - Real Estate located in Mumbai. The Team Leader Sale will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. The leader will also ensure exceptional customer service, conduct market analysis, and monitor team performance. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, overseeing sales processes, and providing training and support to team members.

• Strong Analytical Skills and market analysis abilities

• Exceptional Customer Service skills and client communication

• Proven Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
