We are looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Team Leader to oversee and lead a team of telesales agents in a fast-paced Tour and Travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, coaching and motivating the team, monitoring performance, and optimizing the sales process for holiday packages, tours, travel insurance, and related services.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor daily performance and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and optimize productivity.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
Provide training and onboarding to new team members.
Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.
Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date travel offerings.
Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and quality standards.
Foster a positive and energetic team environment.
