Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Create job cards, record customer complaints, and explain estimated service costs and timelines.
Coordinate with the workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
Keep customers updated about the service progress, additional repairs, and delivery schedule.
Ensure proper billing and payment collection at the time of vehicle delivery.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of daily service entries, pending jobs, and follow-ups.
Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories to customers.
