Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries, pitch services persuasively, and assist in converting them to sales or appointments.
CRM Updating: Maintain accurate records of interactions and client details using internal CRM or tracking systems.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members and report feedback, challenges, or success stories to supervisors for continuous improvement.
