Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Understand client needs and present suitable product or service offerings.

• Schedule meetings, give product demos/presentations, and follow up regularly.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding and execution.

• Maintain records of all leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.

• Represent the company professionally in all communications and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

• Experience in sales, marketing, or client handling preferred (not mandatory).
