We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Prominent Realty team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales campaigns and promotions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
6. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team for continuous improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies
8. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Qualification:
1. Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytic tools.
Must have their own Vehicle and valid driving license.
