Job Role:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives to promote and generate leads for our residential plots. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce residential plot projects.

• Provide complete information about the project, pricing, and benefits.

• Maintain and update lead records and follow-up details.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory).

• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers can also apply.
