Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members
Develop and deliver training modules focused on:
Sales techniques
Customer handling
Negotiation skills
Soft skills (communication, time management, team coordination, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Support team leads with performance improvement strategies.
Update training content as per changing product offerings or market trends.
2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role (field or inside sales).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for coaching and team development.
Basic knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
Graduate in any discipline (training certification preferred but not mandatory).
