Answer inquiries and resolve initial concerns regarding product specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives over the phone.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers may apply).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus.
Confidence, persuasion, and patience are key traits.
Prior experience in health/wellness, water purifiers, or consumer durables is a bonus.
