Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. You should be an excellent communicator with good convincing skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain product or service offerings clearly and convincingly.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure conversion.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [Languages Required – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.].

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
