We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. You should be an excellent communicator with good convincing skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain product or service offerings clearly and convincingly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure conversion.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer needs.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [Languages Required – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.].
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
