Call and follow up on daily leads received from IndiaMART & other platforms
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
Share product details, pricing, and delivery information professionally
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order delivery updates
Send quotations and proforma invoices to clients when required
Maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients for repeat business
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Sales mindset with the ability to convince and convert
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in telesales or IndiaMART leads (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and manage daily follow-ups
