The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing them to the company’s products/services, generating interest, and setting up meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
Make outbound calls on provided leads to connect with potential clients.
Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule appointments or meetings and maintain follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Share qualified leads with the sales team for closure.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Strong sales aptitude and target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
