We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, motivating staff, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize revenue.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance review sessions.
Ensure the team maintains excellent customer service and follows company protocols.
Identify sales opportunities, track market trends, and suggest improvements.
Handle escalated client issues and provide quick and effective resolutions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to support sales activities.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, team management, and customer handling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
