We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to drive our sales team for furniture and stainless steel fabrication products (banquet furniture, restaurant fixtures, showroom interiors, etc.).
The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a small team to achieve high sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lead distribution and ensure all inquiries are updated in CRM.
Supervise telecaller & salesperson to ensure proper follow-ups, meetings, and deal closures.
Monitor daily sales activities (calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, meetings, quotations).
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets by guiding the team.
Provide daily and weekly reports to management.
Train and motivate the team for better performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% lead distribution within 24 hours.
90%+ follow-up compliance.
Minimum 10–15% conversion from qualified leads.
Achieve 60%+ of team’s weekly sales target.
Weekly revenue growth as per company target.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience).
Incentive: Total sales closed by the team.
Additional bonus on achieving monthly targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (banquet halls, restaurants, showrooms, interiors).
Proven leadership and motivational skills.
Good knowledge of CRM & reporting.
Strong communication in Hindi & English.
