We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Team Leader with 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and team management. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, achieving revenue targets, developing business opportunities, and ensuring strong customer relationships.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and professionals (Bankers/CA/CS/Channel Partners, etc.).
Research new markets, customer segments, and emerging industry trends.
Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews with the sales team.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and achievements to management.
Handle escalated client queries and close high-value deals.
