The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Assist the sales team with daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders to clients.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order processing and follow-up.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Follow up with clients for payments, approvals, and order status.
Support the team in lead generation, client communication, and after-sales service.
Handle client queries via phone, email, or in-person professionally.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and other documentation as needed.
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Provide general support to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of sales process and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
