Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented to join Sales Representative our team at VPLAK, Gurugram. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads.
Conduct product discussions, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
Manage sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Support, Vendor Teams) to ensure smooth order processing.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records on CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Represent the company professionally and uphold all brand values.
