Designation – Sales Representative
Location – Pune Nal Stop Office (Near Metro Station)
Experience Level – 1 to 3 Years
Salary – ₹12K to ₹35K (Based on Experience + Incentives)
🔧 Roles & Responsibilities
• Make approx. 50 calls per day to potential or existing customers
• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels
• Present products clearly, highlight features, and address customer queries
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up
• Meet sales targets and regularly report performance to management
• Collect feedback and market insights to improve products and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity
🛠️ Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (CRM tools, Excel, email communication)
