Shantaz Catering is seeking a proactive and dynamic End-to-End Sales Executive to drive business growth and brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through online platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as building strategic partnerships with event hall owners and event managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing and paid campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banquet halls, event planners, and corporate clients.
Negotiate partnership deals and ensure regular collaboration with venues and vendors.
Follow up on leads, pitch services, and close deals effectively.
Maintain a database of contacts and provide weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
