We are looking for a Zonal Sales Representative to join our team at RND Automation Private Ltd. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching equipment solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by acquiring new customers and exploring additional business from existing clients and spares.
Travel to client location. This job will involve travel up to 75% of the time.
Analyze customer requirements for upgrades and provide technical guidance.
Conduct site inspections, assessments, and technical/sales presentations.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify future sales opportunities.
Maintain updated records in the ERP system, submit meeting reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
Work as per the sales and activity plan aligned with management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate degree. Candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome; prior sales experience is a bonus. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil, along with English and Hindi, is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are key to success in this role.
