Job Responsibilities-

1. Greets and interacts with customers.

2. Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.

3. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.

4. Answers customer's questions about merchandise.

5. Assists customers with purchase decisions.

6. Performs other duties as assigned – like taking care of plants , ensuring that the place where the plants are kept is clean

7. Timely communication of the stock requirements to the respective manager.

Working on achieving the sale targets as per the expectation .

Candidate Requirements-

1) Candidates with great sales and customer Service Skills.

2) A candidate with interest in plants and gardening will be a suitable fit.

3) We look for candidates who come with experience in the Retail sector and pref. from below mentioned industries (preference wise):
