Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Home Loan team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, processing loan applications, and ensuring smooth disbursement of home loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell home loan products to potential customers

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate loan solutions

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, references, builders, and real estate agents

Guide customers through the entire home loan process — from application to disbursement

Collect and verify required documents from applicants

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, credit) for processing and approval

Maintain good relationships with clients to generate repeat business or referrals

Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines

Key Skills Required

Basic knowledge of home loan products and processe

Strong negotiation and customer service sklls

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/Marketing preferred)

Prior experience in home loans or financial services is an added advantage

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (for entry-level roles)
