We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lift Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling elevator and escalator products and services to clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role involves identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
Meet with clients to assess their needs and propose suitable lift/elevator solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and smooth execution of sales contracts.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on post-sales service requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
