Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining digital marketing services, and converting leads into sales.
Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
Understand client needs and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and build strong client relationships.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales scripts.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and service offerings.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in digital marketing/IT services).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field (Marketing background preferred).
