We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on B2B sales and operational execution within the gifting and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring seamless delivery of gifting and event solutions to corporate clients.
Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting and event services.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct product/service demos and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Act as a single point of contact for client communications and queries.
Understand client objectives and deliver personalized solutions for employee gifting, client appreciation, festive hampers, and event requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery of products and services.
Manage order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory tracking.
Oversee event execution when required – from planning to on-ground coordination.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Track KPIs and maintain documentation for all deals and transactions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in gifting, events, or related services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
Existing corporate client network in HR, Admin, or Procurement verticals.
Experience with festive campaigns, event logistics, or bulk gifting projects.
Understanding of sourcing, customization, and packaging for gifting solutions.
