We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Tattva Lifespaces a Interior Construction Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the interior design and construction sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior construction projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and execution team to propose tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote services.
Manage social media, website updates, and advertising activities to increase brand awareness.
Maintain regular reports on sales targets, achievements, and market feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior construction, architecture, or real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
