We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Experience in the bag manufacturing industry or related product categories will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through online research, referrals, networking, and industry databases.
Maintain and update the lead pipeline on a regular basis.
Client Communication & Follow-ups:
Engage with potential customers over phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Provide product information, samples, quotations, and customized solutions based on requirements.
Sales Conversion:
Drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
Understand client needs and coordinate with the production team for order fulfilment.
Market Research:
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management on customer demands and new business opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, lead conversion data, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–4 years of sales experience (FMCG, bags, textiles, accessories, or manufacturing sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and follow structured sales processes.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Requirements
Prior experience in bag manufacturing, accessories, luggage, fashion, or textile industry.
Ability to understand product specifications, materials, and customization concepts.
