### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales and service operations for pharmaceutical and analytical instruments.
- Drive business development and revenue growth across Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Oversee installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at client sites.
- Promote and sell products such as Airborne Particle Counters, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and junior service engineers.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and service documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and client support.

### Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, or related engineering field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and service of pharmaceutical/analytical/laboratory equipment
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and close sales deals
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with installation and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, team management, and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby regions
