We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in office furniture or modular furniture sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, corporates, and institutions, and executing marketing strategies to promote our range of modular furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from corporate clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
Conduct client visits to understand space requirements and propose suitable modular furniture solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
Participate in tenders, project bids, and negotiation processes.
Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends in the office furniture industry.
Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Strong network with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of technical drawings, layouts, or modular systems is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of modular workstation systems, ergonomic furniture, storage solutions, etc.
Experience working with design and production teams.
Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a bonus.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
