Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries

• Explain our services clearly and professionally to customers

• Share quotations and promotional content with interested clients

• Maintain records of client conversations, prices, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the sales team and support customer queries

• Meet daily and monthly call targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
