Designation: Sales Officer
Job Overview:
The Automobile Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to potential
customers, understanding customer needs, and delivering excellent service through the sales
process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and
a passion for automobiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations based on customer
needs.
Assist customers in the selection and purchase of vehicles.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Negotiate pricing and trade-in offers and prepare final agreements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sale support.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate with finance and insurance departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of vehicles, features, and industry trends.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
preferred).
Valid driving license.
Strong customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
