Marketing:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, offline, B2B, and B2C).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and brand communication.
Manage social media presence, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign ROI and improve strategies.
Strategy & Reporting:
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and design) for smooth execution of projects.
Suggest improvements to optimize customer experience and brand reach.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record in sales and marketing (minimum 4+ years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and lead a small team if required.
