Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and follow-up schedules using Excel.
Respond to client queries over phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding product details, pricing, or order status.
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and daily/weekly MIS.
Follow up on pending payments or documentation with clients.
Ensure all sales-related paperwork is complete and filed properly.
